DESCRIPTION: This vehicle started out stock in October 2015, within two weeks mods started coming, We turbocharged the motor, did a track day in November 2015, damaged the motor and drove it the next day to Key West and back before it blew up, and then we rebuilt the motor and decided to go into full blown race setup, ran it on more track days, then drove it on the Group ride of the Lap across America (over 9500 miles in three weeks) raising over $35,000 for St. Judes and Pediatric Brain Cancer in August of 2016. Then in November 2016, during another track day, we blew the motor up again.... so we decided to create the world's first and only Honda Powered SlingShot. We took it to Avon, Colorado and did the Hillclimb there, we are doing track days still and we have begun to setup plans to build a streamliner body and attempt some Land speed Racing in late 2018.

The car has a stock appearance, minus the halo headlights, with A/C, 4 wheel power disc brakes, custom auto stereo and electronic gauges. It's red with 5 spoke chrome wheels, a great combination.

It was a retirement gift from my wife when I retired from the Air Force. I've owned and driven Mustangs since I got my first in college in 1970. This was the last year of the Shelby GT-500. It is equipped with a 5.8 liter V-8 with 32 valves and DOHC's. It is factory rated at 662 horsepower. Ford reports this vehicle is capable of 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, 0-100 in 7.7 seconds and the quarter-mile in 11.6 seconds at 128 mph. It is also capable of 202 mph, but I just take their word for that.

It has raced with the Historic Moto Gran Prix as well as ridden on the road and at the Tail of the Dragon. I was stopped by the local cops there, but that is story for another day. This eye-catching 1934 Mercedes 500K was built in 1988 by Heritage Motor Cars in Miami, Florida. It was one of the first of 700 built between 1988 to 1990. It was originally built and exported for the Canadian market. I purchased it in April 2017 out of Flushing, Michigan with only 6200 miles. It now has 12000 miles. It has a Chrysler magnum 3.9 liter fuel injected 175 hp V6 engine with 4 speed overdrive automatic transmission. Standard features include air conditioning, tan leather seats, fuel injection, tilt and cruise, power brakes and steering, electric windows, infinity stereo, suicide doors and original paint. The car is 17 ft. long, 4 1/2 ft. high and 6 1/2 ft. wide. It is a very comfortable and enjoyable ride when traveling to all the various car shows that we attend.

930 PORSCHE VIN 930-680-0508 was manufactured in June of 1976 to U.S. specs. The automobile was ordered for the legendary Porsche racing driver, Mr. Peter Gregg. It was ordered with every available option. Included with the option package is the very rare “Turbo Side Lettering” (a $120.00 option and ordered on only 52 US 930’s). It was during the same time Mr. Gregg ordered his automobile that Dr. John Fillingim ordered his 930 from the same dealership. Dr. Fillingim’s 930 would be identically optioned to that of Mr. Gregg’s. The only difference would be that Dr. Fillingim’s 930 was ordered in Grand Prix White with a red interior. Both cars arrived simultaneously at BRUMOS PORSCHE + AUDI in Jacksonville Florida. Dr. Fillingim and Mr. Gregg admired each other’s cars so much that a swap took place prior to either accepting delivery of the cars they originally ordered. An availability fee of $1,000.00 was added to the price of Dr. Fillingim’s new (Guards Red) 930 and is included on the “Bill of Sale.” Dr. J. Fillingim of Savannah Georgia sold this Porsche in 1986 to Mr. R. Kent Porth of Columbia SC. At the time of sale the mileage was 38,153. In March of 1988, Mr. Porth sold this automobile to its present owner (Mr. Kevin Weiss). At the time of sale, the mileage was 48,377. During the course of its present ownership (23 years) the car has been in 32 Concours de’ Elegance. It has received honors in 30 of them. The car won 1st in class and 1st in Division for “Preservation Touring” at this year’s Porsche Parade Originality of this 930 remains exceedingly close to the day it left the factory in Germany. The paint remains original (some minor touch up to rock chips on the valance and hood), original interior (updated parcel shelf), original (number matching) engine, transmission and transaxle and updated 16” Fuchs from a 1977 930 Turbo (original 15” Fuchs remain in my barn). The documentation is extensive and commences with the original “Bill of Sale” and continues to the current day.
