JEKYLL ISLAND, GA . (December 12, 2016) – Atlanta’s largest and most unique monthly car show, Caffeine and Octane, is hitting the road! Jekyll Island, one of Georgia’s “Golden Isles”, will host the inaugural Caffeine and Octane At The Beach March 17-19, 2017. This will be a unique three day event chock full of all things mechanized and cool, just as people have come to expect from Caffeine and Octane. Founders Bruce Piefke and Bryan Fuller will be ratcheting things up a notch with a full schedule of activities for gearheads and their families.
Get revved up starting Friday morning with a community breakfast then go polish up your skills with workshops hosted by some of the top talent in the automotive industry. Workshops scheduled include Modern Supercar Engineering with Two Guys Garage host Kevin Byrd; Automotive Tuning with Car Fix host Lou Santiago; Beginner TIG Welding with instructor Mark Prosser; Techniques in Design with Automotive Designer, Nick Garfias and more! Finish up Friday by celebrating St. Patrick’s day with us at Jekyll Island’s brand new Beachside Village.
Once the sun comes up on Saturday the horsepower will start rolling into the grounds of the Jekyll Island Convention Center. Start the day having breakfast with Automotive Icon, Chip Foose. Then the excitement builds as top custom motorcycle builders from around the country, like Revival Cycles and Analog Motorcycles compete in The Forged Invitational. Held inside the Jekyll Island Convention Center rows of hand crafted motorcycles will be on display as Jekyll’s Great Dunes Park beach provides an amazing backdrop. Only the most creative and skilled builders will qualify for this unique high end motorcycle exhibition. There are also plenty of events for the entire family to enjoy. Adults can continue to polish up their skills as the workshops continue or venture out on our Sweetwater Brews Cruise along the intracoastal. Kids can enjoy getting hands-on and learn building & customization skills with build events geared specifically for the them. Wrap up the day with the special Supercar party starting at 7:00 pm.
Hit the ground running on Sunday with our classic Caffeine and Octane that Atlantans have come to know so well. Keeping to Caffeine and Octane tradition all things awesome are welcome at the show.
